Our client is a luxurious Hotel and Spa Resort, based in the South East of Ireland. They are seeking an experienced Wedding Coordinator to join their expanding Sales team.
Key Requirements for this role:
A minimum of 3 years 4 / 5 star experience in a similar role
Professional & well presented
Excellent attention to detail and highly organised
Excellent Customer Service skills with the ability to deal with people at all levels.
Ability to follow through and complete projects from start to finish.
Flexible with a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities of this role:
Dealing with all queries in a fast and efficient manner
To ensure all show arounds are completed in a professional manner
To market all facilities and amenities of the property
Create a detailed file on all wedding arrangements and details with the client
Coordinate with all relevant departments once wedding has been booked
To coordinate any changes to booking details as needed
