Accounts Administrator – 6 Month Contract

This client within the manufacturing industry is seeking an Accounts Administrator on a contract basis to cover maternity leave. You will play a vital role in the Finance Team to ensure smooth running of the day- to -day accounts.

The successful individual will be responsible for the following:

  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Invoicing and Supplier Payments
  • Create and send remittances to suppliers
  • Pricing reviews and update all relevant systems
  • Maintain the booking system
  • Reporting on stock and daily activities to various stakeholders
  • Weekly P&L reporting
  • Accurate data entry daily on all relevant systems
  • Sales reporting
  • Various reports on demand to the Director
  • Create and manipulate pivot tables
  • Other adhoc accounts and administrative tasks

The successful individual will have the following:

  • Accounting Qualification
  • Livestock experience highly desirable
  • Proficiency in large ERP Systems
  • Strong Excel Skills is essential – Testing will be carried out at interview
  • Excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a team environment
