Accounts Assistant – Kilkenny

Finance Administrator – Co. Kilkenny

Duties of the role will include:

  • Reconcile all bank accounts on a weekly/monthly basis
  • AP & AR reconciliation’s
  • Sales Administration
  • Responsible for reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts
  • Ensure that all key business reconciliation’s are carried out in a timely fashion
  • Timely and effective processing of related transactions
  • Secretarial duties
  • Reception Duties
  • Various Admin Duties
  • Available to assist in ad hoc projects

Experience / Skills:

  • 2 years minimum in a similar role
  • Strong computer literacy with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work accurately and effectively
  • Ability to work under pressure and adhere to month end deadlines.
  • Be flexible and a team player
  • An attitude that is enthusiastic, friendly and service minded
