Clerical Officer – Kilkenny

Clerical Officer – Temp Contract

Key duties & responsibilities may include:

  • General administration
  • Typing correspondence and transcription
  • Organising and tracking charts for department records
  • E-Mailing, Database Entry, Photocopying, Filing etc.
  • Dealing with applications, file maintenance.

Requirements:

  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel) applications
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Good telephone manner
  • Excellent numerical skills.
  • Confidentiality required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Available immediately
