Clerical Officer – Temp Contract
Key duties & responsibilities may include:
- General administration
- Typing correspondence and transcription
- Organising and tracking charts for department records
- E-Mailing, Database Entry, Photocopying, Filing etc.
- Dealing with applications, file maintenance.
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel) applications
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office
- Good telephone manner
- Excellent numerical skills.
- Confidentiality required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Available immediately
