Customer Service Team Leader

A well-established Manufacturing company based in Co Louth are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Team Leader.

Duties:

  • Along with CSR Manager, consistently review the workload of the team, supporting where necessary and reallocating work amongst the team as and when required
  • Chairing of weekly team meeting
  • Management of allocated accounts, promoting world class customer service, setting an example to the rest of the team and the wider company
  • Have open channels of communication with colleagues from all departments within the business
  • Attendance of daily production meeting
  • Project a positive outlook and promote behaviours that will encourage team engagement
  • Regularly review department processes, driving to continuously improve the performance of the team
  • Running Weekly and Daily Ship reports to identify issues and distribute information to the team to allow them to effectively manage their accounts
  • Manage L2 escalations, working with planning and colleagues in CSR team to optimise service to clients
  • Development of CSR team through coaching and continued training to deliver a ‘one way of working’ approach
  • Ensure ship requests are reviewed daily and any issues communicated to account handlers
  • Running and management of Monthly aged stock report to ensure liable stock is shipped/invoiced according to customer terms
  • Attend quarterly Supplier Review meetings as required
  • Responsible for creation and upkeep of all SOP’s and Client Guides linked to daily tasks

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor
  • In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
  • Good PC skills, especially MS Excel
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Decision-making skills
  • Degree in Management or training in team leading is a plus
