Optimize Recruitment are partnering with a leading construction and utilities company in Kilkenny to recruit a HSEQ Administrator on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will report to the Senior Project Officers and will be assisting with HSEQ activities on a construction project.
- Maintenance of essential documents, such as training and plant records and site inspection plans
- Screening contractors, scheduling inductions and providing HSEQ support and assistance when required
- Assisting management in developing procedures and policies
- Preparing action plans and conducting regular reviews on said corrective action plans
- HSEQ qualification and/or administrative experience
- Prior experience in construction/utilities industry
- Strong skills and proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication skills
