Office/Accounts Administrator (Castlebar Co Mayo) 

Duties:

  • Maintaining and updating Personnel records
  • Ensure personnel forms, required documentation and employee files are up to date and filed correctly
  • Dealing with all outgoing post and courier requirements
  • Manage incoming calls
  • Ability to multitask and be able to prioritise tasks
  • Detail orientated, thorough, well organised and effectively manages time

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience/knowledge of mechanical/construction industry is preferred but not essential
  • Sage experience is an advantage
  • High level of Microsoft Office
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Ability to prioritise work and meet strict deadlines
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills
