Office / Accounts Administrator (Part time to Full time)
Office administrator is required for a building development company on the South Tipperary/Kilkenny border.
3 days per week Mon – Wednesday 9;30am – 5pm (Potential to go full-time)
- Excellent telephone manner
- Data input into Sage accounts software or similar experience would be beneficial
- Updating and maintaining records
- Filing and data management
- Dealing with Admin Enquiries etc
- Any ad hoc duties that maybe requested from time to time
- Be computer literate and basic knowledge of SAGE is essential.
- Must be flexible and work on own initiative and with a team.
- Experience in the construction industry a benefit but not essential.
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow through on tasks a must.
- Clean Drivers licence required.
- Knowledge of the construction property industry would be an advantage.
