Office / Accounts Administrator (Part time to Full time)

Office administrator is required for a building development company on the South Tipperary/Kilkenny border.
3 days per week Mon – Wednesday 9;30am – 5pm (Potential to go full-time)


  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Data input into Sage accounts software or similar experience would be beneficial
  • Updating and maintaining records
  • Filing and data management
  • Dealing with Admin Enquiries etc
  • Any ad hoc duties that maybe requested from time to time


  • Be computer literate and basic knowledge of SAGE is essential.
  • Must be flexible and work on own initiative and with a team.
  • Experience in the construction industry a benefit but not essential.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to follow through on tasks a must.
  • Clean Drivers licence required.
  • Knowledge of the construction property industry would be an advantage.
