Office Administrator – Kilkenny

Office Administrator (Part time)

Responsibilities:

  • Providing general administrative support
  • Checking invoices and inputting them into the system
  • Data Entry
  • Assisting with bookkeeping.
  • Providing management with required reporting and data
  • Performing other related duties as assigned.

Skills Required

  • 2+ years administration experience.
  • Expertise in the Microsoft Office suite (particularly Word and Excel)
  • Bookkeeping experience desirable but not essential.
  • Organised and efficient with meticulous attention to detail
  • Must have a can-do attitude, be willing to learn and grow with the team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Previous Agri experience would be beneficial
