Office Administrator (South Dublin)


  • Answering calls & Emails
  • Assisting with Tender & Pre-Qualification submissions
  • Updating ISO and H&S Information
  • Looking after company vehicles
  • Arranging training for engineers
  • Getting prices of suppliers
  • Placing orders
  • Ad Hoc Duties required by Line Manager


  • 3+ years’ Experience in a similar position
  • Excellent phone manner
  • Strong communication, customer service and organisational skills
  • Proficient communicator with professional and friendly manner
  • Ability to work on own initiative and to deadlines
  • Experience with using Sage would be an advantage
