Our client is an established Restaurant/Boutique Hotel based in Kilkenny City, they are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating food that is both sophisticated and inspiring.
The successful individual will have:
Renowned for their hospitality and seasonal cuisine, the successful candidate will lead the kitchen team with the support of the business owner.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience Restaurant Sous chef experience
- Passion for food and cooking with finesse and creativity are all essential
- Good knowledge of cooking techniques and variety of different cuisines is considered favourable
- Experience of working within a team, as well as the ability to run the kitchen in the absence of head chef is essential for this position.
Salary negotiable depending on experience.
